Jan Kjærsgaard to join Bladt as CEO
Steel contractor Bladt Industries has announced that Jan Kjærsgaard is to join the company as CEO. He will assume the role as CEO no later than November 1, 2014. He currently holds the position as CEO of Siemens Wind Power.

It has been decided that Peter Rindebæk, who was appointed CEO of Bladt in 2005, will be assuming the role of COO and deputy CEO.
Lars Terney, chairman of the board of Bladt and partner of NC Advisory, advisor to the Nordic Capital funds, mentioned that the industry is moving into a new phase, with cost of energy and standardisation becoming key focus areas. He said this requires new and broader competences at Bladt, and therefore the company has chosen to go ahead with this initiative.
Bladt was acquired by Nordic Capital Fund VII in 2012.
